Lots of folk were asking how I train and manage to incorporate Kettlebells with Calisthenics, so I decided to share it.

Completely customisable to your current fitness/skill level, with links to appropriate progressions/regressions.

All modalities used; weights, bodyweight, weighted calisthenics in a 6 day training split, including;

Strength | Mobility | Skillwork | Isolation
